Delivery, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

All items listed on the Website is presumed to be having estimated delivery time of 4-7 working days within Nigeria and user(s) who wish to use a shipping address other than in Nigeria is/are expected to contact Wazobiastores.com before placing any order.


2.0 Delays

Wazobiastores.com makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform the Purchaser


3.0 Payment and Refunds

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order in accordance with the payment procedure outlined in the Payment section of Terms of Service.

We will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a Credit Reference Agency that may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity; a credit check is not performed and your credit rating remains unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, and this is the price for the product. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If we cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the Payment section of Terms of service.

All prices shown exclude VAT (where applicable) and exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. However, the details of the total money is analyzed at check out.


4.0 Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

4.1 In the event that the Goods collected by you are damaged, defective, faulty or do not match their description at the point of collection, you would be sent a replacement or a full refund will be made to you. You are advised to check your goods for any defect, fault or damage at point of taking delivery. If you discover a genuine fault, defect or damage after taking delivery, you will be required to return the Goods to us in Akure, Ondo State (together with all relevant packaging). Such returns must be made within 3 days from Collection. This excludes goods found to be faulty, defective or damaged as a result of tampering, careless use or mistakes. Replacement of any item is subject to our Terms of Service.

4.2 You are required to register any warranty that comes with the goods in your name and in the event you need to claim on the warranty you will be required to contact the relevant manufacturer directly.

Sometimes the Goods specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

4.3 When you return Goods to us under paragraph 3.0 we will return them for examination and assessment. We absolve ourselves of any liability for any goods found to have been tampered with in any way, or damaged knowingly or unknowingly whilst in your possession. Goods found to be genuinely defective will be replaced or your money will be refunded. We will notify you of your replacement or refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the replacement or refund as soon as possible, usually within 30 days from the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a replacement/refund for the defective Goods. Goods returned by you because of a genuine defect will either be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to us, or we would have another one shipped out to you. We may also offer you the option of having the full amount credited to a 'voucher' which would be issued to you and can be used to get a discount of that value on a future order (this is subject to terms of use).

4.4 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Abuse of our returns and refunds policy will result in the termination of any returns and refunds procedures.

4.6 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Goods you purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, including but not limited to:

  Loss of income or revenue

  Loss of business

  Loss of profits or contracts

  Loss of anticipated savings

  Loss of data, or

  Waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable;

5.0 Order Process

5.1 Once you have found the Goods you are looking for, you can buy them online by clicking the 'Pay Now' or 'Add to Cart' button for the selected product(s). You will then be directed to your 'cart'. Remember, you can remove Goods from your cart or stop the ordering process at reasonable time.

 5.2 Once you have added all of your items to your cart and have finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout (All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed). You will be presented with the relevant delivery costs that are applicable for your order as the Goods you order may be subject to taxes and you will be charged in advance for payment of these taxes. Wazobiastores.com will then pay all taxes on your behalf. There could be more than one delivery options, which you are to choose one and be responsible for the associated cost.

5.3  Having completed the delivery address details, you will be asked to complete your payment details. Again, all fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You can pay with your Interswitch Magnetic Stripe Debit Card, Interswitch Verve Card, Naira Master Card, VISA powered by ValuCard or Bank cash/cheque deposit/transfer to our bank account.  5.4 After confirming your account balance, select desired service and click on "Pay Now". You'll receive an on-screen acknowledgement and/ or instruction with your Order details, which you should keep copy of or make a note of for future reference. We will also send you an email and/or an SMS message to the mobile telephone number you have provided, confirming we have received your order (an "Order Confirmation Email").

5.5 Acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch to you of the Goods ordered unless we have notified you that your order cannot be processed.

6.0 Stock Availability

Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Wazobiastores.com shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold out, Wazobiastores.com shall only be liable to refund monies already paid where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
